Joe was the President and an Executive at the Australia Malaysia Business Council (AMBC), an extensive program of information and promotional initiatives that focussed on Malaysia’s ‘pro business’ infrastructure and the opportunities for Victorian businesses.
Through his work at AMBC, Joe has worked with leading businesses and representatives from the Victorian Department of Business & Innovation, Austrade, Department of Foreign Affairs & Trade, MIDA and MATRADE. Joe specialised in facilitation services that assisted companies to broaden their activities into the Malaysian marketplace as well as supported Malaysian born professionals and business people living and working in Melbourne.
Joe’s company, Joe Perri & Associates, develops and implements long-term integrated strategic and tactical marketing focussed strategies that harness the proven power of traditional public relations with the latest developments in social media. The company raises and differentiates identity profiles from competitors, and establishes identities of key personnel by promoting and launching new products and services.
Joe was an Executive Board Member of the Thai Australian Network and the former Director of Public Relations for the Thai Australian Chamber.
